Shannon brings a sharp eye for detail and a background in corporate marketing strategy to every real estate transaction. She does not just list homes. She builds a plan, positions the property with intention, and protects her clients through every step of the process.
She holds the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She is currently working on her broker license, expanding her ability to lead and serve clients at the highest level.
As a founding member of the eXp Land and Ranch Division, Shannon brings specialized knowledge to rural and acreage transactions across Northeast Texas. She understands what it takes to market and sell properties that do not fit a standard mold.
