We are founding members of the eXp Land and Ranch Division, and we specialize in land and ranch properties, traditional residential homes, commercial spaces, new construction, and historic homes. We serve eight counties across Northeast Texas: Lamar, Grayson, Collin, Fannin, Hunt, Delta, Hopkins, and Red River.

Shannon is currently working toward her broker license, and Scott is becoming licensed in Oklahoma as we expand our reach across state lines. Both of us hold the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists (CLHMS). These are not decorations. They represent the hours, the education, and the standard we hold ourselves to on every transaction.
